we will be arriving in paris via the beauvais shuttle bus at porte maillot. from there we need to get to hotel eiffel park. the nearest metro stations are latour maubourg and invalides. any ideas if a taxi would be a better option or is it easily done on the metro?

In as much as you%26#39;re going to have to figure out how to get from place to place in Paris via public transportation once you arrive, this would seem a grand opportunity to figure out how-to do that--a simple, practical %26#39;..exercise..%26#39; in research and planning....and useful %26#39;tools%26#39; for any other plans you may have for your Paris visit.

Get on line 1 and then connect to line 8.
Taxi is always the easiest and since you have saved money by flying into Beauvais, this is really the catch up!

thank you very much for your help i think i will chance the metro as we have plenty of time.

Just remember that you will have luggage and I personally do not enjoy the combination of STEPS, luggage and crowds.
