help on euroline ticket purchasing!!!

hi,for the euroline ticket purchasing does the credit card holder(which we use to purchase the regarding ticket online) must be one of the traveler? mean can we use others people%26#39;s credit card to purchase? as i saw this info from one of the posted topic in TA, some said that the surname of credit card holder must be the same with at least one of the traveler. so, does this mean that we are allowed to use our parents credit card to buy online as father son has the same surname.thanks
