Perfect hotel and hostel

I%26#39;m looking for any reviews on the %26quot;Perfect hotel and hostel%26quot; in Paris. Is this a good place to stay? My husband are looking for relatively cheap and safe accomidations near some of the main sites. If anyone has anyother recomendations, let me know!!

I stayed for new year

It%26#39;s well located (few mins by walk from Sacre Coeur and Opera)

It%26#39;s clean and safe for a budget price.

How cheap,, ?? please post budget in Euros.

There are many cheap and clean safe places, but cheap is a relative term. Ps. Do you need a/c are you going in July or August?
