2 day trip in Paris

I%26#39;m on a tight budget and arrive from Zurich to Paris-Gare-de-Lyon on early morning.

Will it possible to spent a day trip in Paris for Louvre %26amp; Eiffel.

What might be the cost involve ? Is there any other places to visit for 1 day trip ?
