Any suggestions for Paris accommodations - We are 2 adults 2 teens looking for a 2 bedroomr or 2 double rooms possibly to connect. We will visit museums, and basically explore the city. Looking to spend around $750 per night total.

Type in VACATIONSINPARIS.com and stay in an apartment. You will have more room.

Although it%26#39;s not what you asked, I was wondering if you%26#39;d consider an apartment too. There are many really good apartments well within your budget.

OOOOps it is VacationinParis.com. Leave out the %26quot;s%26quot;.

I think we would prefer the services of a hotel, as we will only be staying for 1 week. Also, we will forget about connecting rooms, as that can be quite limiting. A few suggestions have been made such as the Royal Saint Honore, and also the San Regis. I will have to get back to research, to find out what location we would like!

Kt,
This is the hotel we would have booked if they had rooms available at the time of our trip. It is a hotel/apartment combo with rooms for families.

Our second choice was their sister hotel. www.paris-hotel-stjacques.com We have stayed many times at this hotel and love it. Our kids are the same sex so we would have put them in a basic room and gotten a double deluxe for us.
One of my teenagers was really into high end shopping (dreaming) and said that if he came back to Paris, he would like to stay at the Hotel Lotti or do a repeat at the Le Meridien Etoile. There is also a brand new hotel opening up that looked interesting. It was near the Galleries Layfayette and was called Hotel Banke. This one also looks fabulous, but I didn%26#39;t have time to personally check it out. www.hotelvillamadameparis.com

You made reference to the Royal St. Honore. It%26#39;s a very nice hotel in a great location for sightseeing. The staff members were great - very helpful. I have no idea about connecting rooms there, but the room that we had was quite small.
We also stayed one night on our way back from Italy at Villa D%26#39;estrees which is a beautiful boutique hotel on the border of the Latin Quarter and St. Germain des Pres. It is in a wonderful location, very near the Seine, Notre Dame and Ste. Chapelle. They have what they refer to as an %26quot;appartment%26quot; which is a double room and suite connected. There are only about 10 rooms at the hotel. The website is www.villadestrees.com if you want to check it out. The rooms are quite large and beautifully decorated. The only thing to note is that a couple of doors down there is an Irish pub and when your room faces the street, there was a bit of noise from some rowdy people going into and coming out of the pub. We noticed it when there and thought it might be an issue, but we ended up sleeping quite soundly that night so I guess it wasn%26#39;t so bad.

Thanks - great options to look at - I am sure I will be back with more questions. We leave the end of March.

I can (and have many times!) recommend this apartment in St Germain. It%26#39;s well within your budget and is massive (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms...it can actually sleep up to 8 people). As you%26#39;ll see from the photos, it%26#39;s also very beautiful. My family stayed there a couple of summers ago so if you want to know more, feel free to ask:

Oops, just read all the replies and note you%26#39;d prefer a hotel. Never mind.
