Hi,
2 female friends and I are planning on visiting Paris over Easter Bank Holiday - which area of Paris should we look to stay in?! We plan to visit the sights, do a bit of shopping, eat well, have a few drinks and head to a club or 2!
Thanks for your help in advance!

Dear KLKL... your question is very broad and it would help if you gave us more information. What attracted you to Paris in the first place? what are you interested in? etc. Do you want to shop till you drop or are museums and art galleries your thing? Or perhaps you wish to visit parks or churches and wander the streets?
Get a guide or borrow one from the public library and give yourself a flavour of whats on offer. Then either do a search in the box at the top or ask.
Here is a link to my short girly visit in December to give you some ideas. Read %26quot;Denise and Janet in Paris%26quot;

We stayed in the Marais and had a great time....never stopped talking!

I love St Germain - there are lots of nice restaurants and it%26#39;s not far from most of the sights. We stayed at Hotel le Clos Medici which is just round the corner from the Luxembourg gardens.

St Germain or the Marais. St Germain is more chic and established. The Marais is more hip and young although both neighborhoods are pretty swank.
