Porte Maillot to Montmartre

Please advise on metro from Porte Maillot and which is the better metro stop for Rue Thologe in Montmatre

Rue Tholoze? Probably %26#39;Blanche%26#39; on Line 2. From Porte Maillot take Line 1 (direction Chateau de Vincennes) to %26#39;Charles de Gaulle Etoile%26#39; then follow the %26#39;Correspondance%26#39; signs for Line 2 (direction Nation) and take this to %26#39;Blanche%26#39;.
