Does the Thalys train leave from Gare Du Nord?

Am planning to take this train to go to Den Haag in Netherlands. Am not sure if the origin of the Thalys train is in Gare Du Nord.

I would also like to know how many minutes before I need to be on the train before departure.

Thanks

Yup - Gare du Nord

youre best being there about 30 - 40 minutes before the train departs, just so you can make sure you know which platform youre departing from - and where it is. This is especially useful if you dont speak French

When you book your ticket between %26quot;Paris%26quot; and Den Haag, you%26#39;ll know which train station, but I assume Gare du Nord is the only Thalys terminal. A comfortable time to be on the quai is about 10 minutes before departure to board and find your seat. The trains often don%26#39;t arrive more than 15 minutes or so before they are to depart again. (if I don%26#39;t know my way around a particular train station, I like to get there earlier, just to ease my nerves, make sure I can find the right platform, etc).

You should also know HK that the Thalys into Den Haag does not go into the Central Station; rather, Den Haag Holland Spoor (HS) Station. No big deal but the station is in a bit of a grotty part of town and depending where you%26#39;re staying, you might wish to take a taxi. From HS you%26#39;re about a 5 minute tram/taxi to Station Centraal.
