Ski HIre Neilsons Chamonix

Hi there

we are coming to chamonix shortly for a ski holiday booked with neilsons. Does anyone know which ski rental company they use. I have size 14/15 feet and want to check that they have boots available. I did advise this when booking. Im also on the very heavy side and need to check that they can sort me out with ski hire etc.

Don%26#39;t know who Nielson%26#39;s recommend but you might have a problem finding boots that large.

A friend of has feet like yours and it took an hour for the guys , at a shop in Argentiere, to find something suitable.

Depending on where you are staying I would try the closest shop or Sanglard as they are about the biggest.

Forgot to mention you can book your kit online with Sanglard.

Neilsons dont seem to think the boots will be a problem as they notify the resort prior to arrival.

ref the skis, Do the skis have a weight limit on them, i know looking at the ski charts 200lbs is the top category- can you be over this and how will it affect my skis.

Did you mate get boots that fitted in the end?
