I don%26#39;t know if this is new but I never noticed it before.
If you purchase one ticket for both the d%26#39;Orsay and l%26#39;Orangerie, you get a discount--13E (Regular price for d%26#39;Orsay is 9.50E and regular price for l%26#39;Orangerie is 7.5E.)
If you purchase one ticket for both the d%26#39;Orsay and the Rodin Musee (regular price is 6E), it costs 12E rather than 14E. (Rodin has a special price of 10E if you want to see museum, temporary exhibit and garden.)
Between the Opera Garnier, d%26#39;Orsay and the Gustave Moreau Musee, if you purchase a ticket to one of these, then keep your ticket stub and within the next eight (8) days you can get a discount admission to either of the other two museums. (I couldn%26#39;t find what the actual discount is.)
This might be worth considering as you create your itinerary. The savings could allow one more cone at Amorino%26#39;s, a cone at Bertillons, something yummy at Angelina%26#39;s, a falafel at L%26#39;As du Falafel, a one or two macarons, some chocolate at one of the fine chocolatiers. All good!

A ticket to Louvre also gives you free admission at musee Delacroix place de Furstenberg.
