heard it%26#39;s a great hotel i have email to reserve a couple of times but no response phoned but they said to email what next?

We stayed at the Hotel du Champ de Mars in March of 2006. Just continue to e-mail them and they should get back to you. If I remember correctly they got back to us rather quickly. However, I know they are an extremely busy hotel especially with the Rick Steves recommendation. We were pleased with the hotel. The male owner can be rather aloof so don%26#39;t take it as him being rude. But, when we asked questions about taking the RER and metro back to the airport he was very helpful. We have decided to rent apartments from now on when we go to Paris, but I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I needed to.

If you want to stay there, best bet is to fill out the e-mail reservation request form on their website.
Because this hotel is listed in nearly every tour guide and magazine article as a %26quot;bargain%26quot; hotel in Paris, along with Rick Steves, EVERYONE has %26quot;heard it%26#39;s a great hotel%26quot;.
Be advised that the rooms are quite %26quot;cozy%26quot;, the owners are quite indifferent, and they generally do not book more that three months out.

Punch the hotel name into the search box at the top left of this page... the hotel doesn%26#39;t seem
all that wonderful...

I recently sent an inquiry, and then a second one, for June. I didn%26#39;t get any response. Perhaps as previously stated, they don%26#39;t accept bookings too far out and just ignore them? I also tried with the Hotel Diana, which did answer me back saying they only accept bookings two months in advance.

beaster, there are many wonderful hotels in Paris, and frankly that hotels area is not my fave( although it is not terrible if you like quiet ) . It is as mentioned , mentioned in a Rick Steves guide book, so frankly , they don%26#39;t %26#39;need%26quot; anyones business that badly, they are overrun with Americans already. , they are likely busy and will get back to you when they feel like it..
If you want to reserve then use website and do so,, it does book quickly, and if they are full sometimes hotels will just ignore your email.
Why not find another hotel, there are so many wonderful ones,, more central too!
